Working in the field of real estate business and development, AusReal was established in 2012, on the solid ground of sustainable cooperation with prestigious Australian partners: Draffen Properties Pty Ltd, along with S&M Super Fund is an Australian success story – with more than 60 years of development and more than 5,000 ha in the Western Districts of Victoria – is committed to provide sustainable financial and expert assistance; Warneminde Management Services LLC – a reputable Australian business management and administration consulting firm with 25 successful years in project management, investment and business development – will assist AusReal to turn projects into reality.

AusReal outsources all non-core business functions. We find and work with business partners who have similar values to those of AusReal, that is the highest values of honesty, transparency, professionalism, and quality.

AusReal is a perfect blending of international business practice and the best of Vietnamese culture. We use international management tools in the process of doing business, but we also work professionally and flexibly to adapt to Vietnamese culture. Phạm Thị Thanh

Managing Director

Thanh participated in many projects in urban development, and witnessed the development and fluctuation of the real estate market in Vietnam, especially in Hanoi during three periods of the booming market in 1994-1998, 2000-2004, 2008-2011. Therefore, she has a deep understanding about the market and the ability to work flexibly to adapt to the changing market. Since then, she has developed a network with real estate investors and developers, especially developed and maintained a very good relationship with competent authorities relating to investment and construction. Some projects involved: Ciputra urban area, CT8 My Dinh - Me Tri, housing in the vicinity of the West Lake area, Cau Buou new urban project, Van Phuc - Ha Dong, Xa La - Ha Dong, Golden Hills - Da Nang, etc.

Richard Warneminde

Project Director

With more than 34 years experience in project management, change process and management consulting, Richard Warneminde has worked with many large organizations, banks and companies in Australia, England, France, Switzerland and Vietnam, such as Hewlett Packard, St. George Bank, Busways, Telstra, Optus, etc. Richard was a member of the four-man directorate of ICL (Switzerland), who developed and implemented radical customer support and project management strategies for ICL. He was also Business System Manager for CSR Wood Panels with particular responsibility to develop and implement changes in their computer systems so they assisted, instead of blocking, the achievement of the company’s goals. This systems strategy was then applied for the 30 distribution centers and 15 factories situated around Australia. Having worked in Vietnam since 2003, Richard provides consultancy services in business strategies and operation, human resource training, change process and project management for many organizations such as Flora and Fauna International (FFI), People Resources and Conservation Foundation (PRCF), LanguageLink Vietnam and some real estate developers.

Phạm Đình Châu

Project Manager

With nearly 30 years of experience in Civil and Industrial Engineering, especially in Construction management, Pham Dinh Chau has worked and held important positions in large Vietnamese, as well as foreign, construction companies and corporations. Chau had a key role in project management and construction supervision for many large-scale projects, including the Bao Viet Group Office Building, Viet Tower, FPT Group Building, Euro Viet Kieu Village. He has also consulted with well-known companies such as Delta Construction, Taisei Group and Thang Long Construction Group as a Project Director. With his aim of “Quality and safety without compromise”, his contribution to the development of the company and also to high customer satisfaction led to the Delta Construction Management Company selecting him for the 'Construction Manager of the Year” award in 2006.

Doãn Minh Châu

Assistant to Director, Investment Consultant

Doan Minh Chau has over 25 years of experience in project management, investment consulting and especially redevelopment of old buildings. He is a key member of the AusReal team. Some projects that he has managed are: Redevelopment projects in Thanh Xuan Bac, Thuong Dinh, Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh, etc.

Phạm Ngọc Anh

Chief Accountant

Ngoc Anh majored in Business Management at University of Sunderland, UK and worked in one of the biggest communication companies in the UK. She always wanted to work in a professional and dynamic environment. Returning to Vietnam and joining AusReal in 2012, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn, Ngoc Anh contributes her best for the sustainable development of AusReal.

Hoàng Nguyễn Tiến Phương

Lawyer

Phuong is an experienced lawyer. He had worked for two famous law firms in Vietnam, InvestConsult and YKVN. With 12 years of experience, Mr. Phuong has acquired extensive legal expertise in many fields.

Hoàng Thị Phương Châm

Project Assistant

Two years after graduation from the Institute of Finance, Cham joined AusReal with the desire to learn from the experienced people there and contribute her best effort to the development of the company. Working here, Cham has the opportunity to show her ability and creativity and to nurture her career objective – to become a successful Chief Accountant in the future.

Warneminde Management Services (WMS)

Established in 1987, WMS is an Australian private company specializing in business and project management consultation. WMS’s client list includes ICL, Hewlett Packard, CSR Wood Panels, Telstra, Busways, St. George Bank, People Resource and Conservation Foundation, and Language Link Vietnam.

As the founder and manager of WMS, Richard Warneminde is also the direct WMS’s representative in Vietnam. He has 34 years of experience in business and project management, consultation and cooperation with many international organizations, banks and companies.

Highly competent and with extensive international experience, WMS directly assists in the management of projects, budgets, construction activities, general business and the administration of AusReal to ensure transparent procedures and international quality.

Draffen Properties

Founded in 1948, Draffen Properties started in farm real estate development with only 280 ha. Today, Draffen Properties has steadily grown to more than 5,000 ha in the Western Districts of Victoria, Australia. Annually, they export over 2,000 cattle, 30,000 sheep and 170,000 kg of wool.

Additionally, Draffen has invested in the invention, production and marketing of specialized machinery for the agricultural segment. No wonder the local press hails Draffen as a business role model.

Leon Cheneval

Expert in Real Estate Evaluation and Development

After 25 years of expert experience in the field of real estate evaluation and development, Mr. Leon Cheneval has become a prestigious real estate expert in Australia. He has developed a solid foundation of strong expert knowledge about strata and civil planning. At the same time, he worked with the State authorities as an evaluation consultant. Back in Australia, Leon has consulted with prestigious businesses such as Macquarie Bank and many other multilateral lending organizations. He has consulted in many resort complexes, from the supervision phrase to real estate evaluation.

Leon has worked with many international organizations, real estate investment funds, local real estate development companies, banks and investors. With strong experience in corporate real estate training for the Real Estate Study Institute NSW and Kaplan Professional, he is one of a very few experts certificated to train and verify professionally.
Leon is the first international valuer in Vietnam with certification from the Finance Ministry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Architecture – Construction Expert

Brown + Associates – Architect (BAA) is an Australian based architectural company operating in Vietnam. BAA specializes in designing commercial projects, apartments and large-scale capital intensive tourism areas.

BAA is now developing many high-end projects including a 50-story complex at 265 Cau Giay Street, Hanoi; the My Khe Resort of hotels and villas; Ho Tien Resort & Spa; An Hung complex of five 35-story buildings and the 19-story B4 Residential Area in Nam Trung Yen, Hanoi.
